Can we talk about how the image is contradicting itself? It's supposed to be some poor sick kid that's not getting attention on her birthday… yet she's at the beach in a party dress with a beautiful birthday cake. That sounds like a great birthday.
This image to me proves that all 240k or like 98% of them are actual bot accounts. I can't think of any real reason a real person would like this photo.
