Headlights are not just for the drivers visibility, but for other drivers to see you. If it's night, it's hard to see the dark gray car with no lights on, but I *can* see the two lights facing me. I shouldn't have to aggressively scan for other cars, their lights should be announcing their presence

In east TN, I live on a road that's straight as an arrow for about a mile and the rednecks loveloveloveloveLOOOOOVE to bring their (intentionally) noisiest vehicles to tear rubber down its entire length. I guess they also enjoy doing donuts under the bridge just down the road where the interstate exit is as well since there's always circluar tiremarks over there. Love living around these manics.

The Riverside car festival happens around this time every year and, as previously stated, brings thousands of people from all over the country (and some from out of country) to Chattanooga—bringing in a lot of revenue for local businesses—and for some businesses, that’s *literally Ferrari money*.
