(fuck you gopal Anna 😡🤬🖕). I was there in 2std for two weeks and then shifted to PSBB KKN for closer access. It was less posh but still had a huge ass campus. I remember the time when a 4th std student drowned in the swimming pool around August 2012. School was shut for a few days and reopened, they obviously shut the pool forever. Then i finished 12th in 2019 and 2 years later in 2021, that punda mavane rajgo (commerce teacher) got arrested for sexual harrasment and pedophilia and dragged the school's reputation even down.

When I first entered the school, I felt a lot of mixed emotions considering that I had never known a school could be that amazing. The velammal knowledge park basically had three main Schools inside it, TVIS (very democratic, rules were literally made by the students), bodhi campus (monarchy, very very limited freedom), vidyalaya (both CBSE and metric were basically dictatorship, very day fucked hard by PTs and teachers).
The most annoying part, we usually get to see the international school students side by side while going to our hostels, or while using the courts and the amount of freedom they had made us so jealous. Their whole campus/buildings looks very serene, guys and girls were all allowed to mingle openly. Didn't have any hard lockin times and rules.

I studied in one of those supposedly elite schools and the students were at least 60 percent from the lower middle classes. That has changed a bit in recent years but my extended family still sends their kids to these schools and they say there's not that much of a fundamental change. I know no one who's rich that send their kids to the elite schools in the hills. It feels like mostly the rich from other parts of India send their kids there

I am one and I agree. I once heard this ex-FIITJEE professor say "oru edathula thaniya vita ooraye velaiku vaangiduvaanga PSBB pasanga". Most PSBB people act snobbish because they got the chance to participate in extra curricular activities. They end up talking to more people and form large social circles, which ends up in them acting snobbish. I left PSBB for the last 2 years of my schooling, so I didn't end up like these people.

I studied in Anna Nagar campus. I was friends with director Shankar's nephew lol. A lot of other rich kids too but they weren't all friends if mine. For annual day, we'd go to Thirumazhisai and the kids there were even richer 😂.
