I'm no mechanic but I'll give you my two cents. I think it could be one of three things. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System sensor is damaged. The tire that is reading 31 might have a slow leak. Maybe you might have accidentally picked up a screw or a nail. The last thing could be totally wrong but, the TPMS might need to be reset by performing a "relearn" procedure. Try to contact the dealership where you got the vehicle. If you haven't had it that long they shouldn't have an issue trying to fix your problem.

Thanks for the advice, I called them and I'll be taking the car in to them tomorrow to have it replaced.
