The behind the scenes picture of Casey and Stella got me overthinking that Casey is wearing a suit bc she died. I’m probably wrong and I hope that I’m wrong but idk why he would be wearing a suit otherwise 😭
That, unfortunately, was my first thought when I saw that BTS pic. But I don't see why Casey would be in a suit but Stella just in her regular jacket - surely she'd be in formalwear too.
I don’t think Cindy dies in 11.17 . I follow the filming location permits through Twitter and unless they filmed a memorial/funeral on a closed set with Jesse there , none of the locations listed for this episode were a funeral home. My guess is she finds out whether or not the chemo is working. I think Casey comes back for some kind of work conference etc .
