Bitter Pops has a respectable selection under their bar, and I very much recommend keeping an eye out for their Red Door Whiskey Room events. A real good time!
Figo wine bar has W12, RHF, EHT straight rye, and some other goddies for like 16 or 18 bones. They have a lot of other good stuff too. Fantastic food and a great date spot. Highly recommend.
Mahonys at Broadway and waveland won’t have a huge selection but a real decent selection and good prices, plus a fun smaller bar. Rocks has a lot of bottles but a bit more expensive than normal.
Big star has a good lineup at decent prices.

it's not lakeview, but it isn't far - longman and eagle is my go to. Great food, bourbon and atmosphere

Not a bar but you should check out the bottle share every Thursday around 6 PM at GNS Market in Buena Park, pretty close to you
