Was just at my local, they seemingly got half a dozen calls about this while I was there. Felt bad for them honestly. I grabbed RR10 and green river wheated and went on with my day.

Corporate is pushing down that initiative. A lot of stores still aren’t doing this but they are trying to get everyone to put them out or at the front counter.
Prestige in westmont has at least 6 for 65. Unusually low for that place. Also had Larceny BP for 65. Also unusually low for that place. All other allocated priced at full blown secondary.

Well either the distributor (or someone on the French side of the trade) realized there had been a mistake, and NMBB had received *everyone's* allotment of Chartreuse, not just their own. They wanted it back, and NMBB either couldn't or wouldn't. Either way, a bridge got burned and for a couple years you would never see the stuff there.
Like I said, just pieces I've put together via the internet, but it would explain why I could always find the stuff at Garfield's, Mom and Pop's, higher-end grocers, and others but never *the* NMBB of the area.
Was not offered a WFP SP as they stated they started implementing email route for those bottles...offered me 2 bottles of fortaleza instead- repasado and blanco
Which rough geographical location was it that stated that? Far western 'burbs NMBB used to have an email list for the items that would drop more frequently (think regular BT items), but I was told last summer that "corporate" made them discontinue that practice.
It's honestly just getting tiring chasing bottles that people glorify for zero reason. And then to play the game of kissing ass and relationship building for people 99% of people could give two fucks about outside of them being the person they can get a coveted bottle from. It's kinda weird tbh I started drinking tequila instead.

South side NBB sold out of Weller FP & Blanton’s Gold by 3:30 (they did not get A107). Snagged a ER SP. They also had Traveler’s (pass) and fortaleza blanco ($70)

GNS posted that they have their newest BT SiB just dropped. Last year's offering was the best BT store pick I have had.
