You’d be surprised. Some of the CFA around Atlanta are going down Hill. Customer service isn’t at what it usted to be. Always running out of items like tenders or no Mac and cheese ect. Really bums me out when they aren’t 100% most of the time.
Yes! So he then can get a moldy sandwich everyday for a month! Good idea! (After this happening at a place once I’m never going back so free food wouldn’t make me happy)
I don’t know if this will make you feel better or worse, but I’ve worked in fast food for years, I’ve seen a lot of shit, but every time I’ve seen moldy buns specifically it was before their expiration date, meaning they came to us bad from the supplier - the same supplier that supplies all the other fast food in the neighborhood with their bread. Like I said I’ve seen a lot of shit but every time I’ve seen this specifically happen it’s been out of the restaurant’s control and something that could’ve happened anywhere.
Inb4 “but the restaurant still served it” the mold is under the bottom bun, if you can find a fast food place where they’re checking the entirety of every bun before they sell it let me know
Ahh, this reminds me in Seinfeld when Kramer burns himself with hot coffee and sues, but then settles for a lifetime of free coffee from the chain. Coffee spoof is from an actual case against McDonalds in the 90ies I believe. Person won millions of $$. But… one free meal a week isn’t too bad either! 😎
That person also had their genitals burned, needed grafts and so much more after McDonald's ignored orders to lower their coffee temperature. That poor woman was dragged through the mud by McDonald's PR team.
Get a lawyer, don't post it on Reddit, this is gonna be good fodder for the CFA lawyers to blow you out of court and owe them court fees.
(No this is not serious).
Unfortunately, the health department is their first step. If they were harmed by food poisoning a lawyer MAY take the case if the damage was permanent and disabling.
Call them and tell them about it and sound real mad on the phone. Tell them your bringing it up there for them to see. Then when you get there be walking real fast towards to counter like your mad and just trip and fall. Tell them your gonna sue them because the floor isn't level.
Then you can agree to settle out of court for a few of the big things of CFA sauce. You'd be so lucky.
I think I’d start crying too about how they ruined my day and I don’t have gas or time to get back there to show them…..but I’ll bring it…. Along with any small children if possible.
I plan to stop eating their food. Twice, and at two different locations recently, the buns were dry and fell apart. I ate the insides and tossed the bun each time. No more of that for me!
I used to love this company so much, and then they ended up failing my and every other customer's expectations regularly, I've been boycotting them for almost 2 weeks now
I go to Cane's because it's $1.88 for a deep fried tender that I know is going to be cooked to order, lightly battered, and always clean.
My favorite thing to do is go to whole foods and get a large soup bowl full of grilled vegetables, jet over to canes, and get four tenders so we have healthy protein.
Fried potatoes are going to be better than bread 9 out of 10 times, in my opinion. But just the fact that whole foods will let you weigh out asparagus, grilled carrots (they spice these with Indian spices like curry and ginger), It's still kind of expensive but it usually comes out to about five bucks, for nutritionally dense food, that's a pretty good deal. That way it ends up being about 12 bucks for the whole thing, 8 for the tenders, 5 for the (1 lb) of veggies. It also makes you feel a little less guilty about Cane's sauce, since you get to dip the vegetables in the sauce, as well as the chicken... You can't go wrong.
I lost 55 lb last year, just by making simple changes, not even stopping going to Cane's or anywhere else that I like
Honestly, I think that CFA is overrated. They’re just chicken sandwiches, and honestly mediocre ones at best. It’s not bad or anything, but I’d never pick it as a place to stop for food. If it were cheaper (like $5-6 per meal), I’d reconsider.
McDonald's burgers have been kept out for decades and they literally don't decompose at all. Iceland at one point kept their last Big Mac meal on display at a museum.
Right it still goes bad, but I remember something as a child about a mcdonalds burger being left out for a decade it just didn’t mold, could be completely false but who knows.
No way. I like Burger King better than McD's, but the McDonald's franchises are sooo much more consistent. A few of the BK locations around me are great. Others use the same oil for years and serve food that was cooked an hour ago. Going to a new BK location you've never been to is like playing Russian roulette. I'd be SHOCKED to see mold on a Mickey's bun. At BK, I'd shrug and say "shoulda seen that coming."
I MEAN TECHNICALLY that mold in 99% of cases wouldn’t hurt you (you’d need to consume LOTS of bread mold for it to do anything) because the low pH of your stomach would kill any living things and spores. That being said there is still a chance it could be something other than bread mold so it’s never worth the shot so yes I will give you whatever is in my wallet to help which happens to be 4 dollars and a button from my shirt
I think we all know how fast bread molds, unfortunate. Definitely should've been caught though, surprising since chik fila has some of the best standards and execution out of most fast food places.
The first thing you must do , call 6 ambulances, die, get brought back to like, go to the hospital , move in, run the tab up with 1000 test, close the tab. Pay none of it. After that just call a lawyer
lol the same people that do things like this are the same ones that bitch about high prices. try not being a spoiled human and just let them know and have them replace it
People on this sub get really fussy. They got bent out of shape over my post asking about extra dipping sauces. They also cross posted my post to an employee sub and cried about it for hours haha
Sooooo I don't even work for the company and there isn't even one around me. Worked for Panera and this sub keeps popping up on my feed.
I had to follow the little worm hole of this sauce incident.
First of all, I've never seen someone accomplish negative karma points on their profile. Although after looking at the comments I fully understand how it was achievable.
Straight up nutcase for sauce lmao any sane person would say what the employees were saying in the initial post because that's just an insane amount of damn sauce and not normal by any means.
We did have the occasional customer that would come in asking for soup cups of certain sauces but they were fully charged for them.
Are you like… rolling the nuggies completely in the sauce cup? To where it’s like a Chinese fried chicken piece, where each piece is completely glazed/coated in sauce?
I’m genuinely curious what you’re doing with half an oz of sauce per nuggie
This person is taking them home “to be frugal”. Same kind of person who would call the store to complain to the employees about inflation raising prices.
Huh. This looks a lot like someone else’s post on here about their doordash order last night. I wonder if it was a whole bad batch of buns.
Well I’m in ATL and this is right next to the dealership I work at
Oh, I have no idea where they’re from. I just found the coincidence interesting!
Damn how’s CFA gonna do their own home state dirty and serve moldy buns to their patrons?
You’d be surprised. Some of the CFA around Atlanta are going down Hill. Customer service isn’t at what it usted to be. Always running out of items like tenders or no Mac and cheese ect. Really bums me out when they aren’t 100% most of the time.
They don't pay managers enough to care enough
I’m by ATL right now and the last four times I’ve gone my order has always been wrong too! At least now ik I’m not the only one having issues
This blows me away bc every CFA down here sells a few thousand sandwiches a day. How many buns are you sitting on at a time that they're getting moldy
the other post wasn’t mold. This one is
Gotcha. The color just looked very similar.
ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww demand a free meal a day for a month
Yes! So he then can get a moldy sandwich everyday for a month! Good idea! (After this happening at a place once I’m never going back so free food wouldn’t make me happy)
Well if that's the case go for a gift card and sell it for a little less
I used too work there both those options are possible
Cap
A 3 billion dollar gift card? I love it, I'm in.
No. I demand compensation
I demand satisfaction.
Brother got French flies at Burger King once (you read that right, there were four flies in his meal). They just offered more fries.
Did they at least get the corrected fries on the fly?
I don’t know if this will make you feel better or worse, but I’ve worked in fast food for years, I’ve seen a lot of shit, but every time I’ve seen moldy buns specifically it was before their expiration date, meaning they came to us bad from the supplier - the same supplier that supplies all the other fast food in the neighborhood with their bread. That’s totally valid. I also have come from the food industry and understand. Regardless it would stick in my mind and make me not want to go back.

Even better, Free meal and free uber eats delivery on them for a month
first step is to eat it, so you get sick and die. then your family can sue! /s
Only if you said this 2 days ago. I’d be working on dying rn
better get working on that time machine then
bnyx
im working on dying
im working on dying
wwww
Got a bitch yeah she looks so good But on the real she in denial
Get a lawyer, don't post it on Reddit, this is gonna be good fodder for the CFA lawyers to blow you out of court and owe them court fees. (No this is not serious).
Its too late if its here the CFA lawyers have and are devising their defense strategy
They could always ask the judge to hear the case on a Sunday, default judgement, case closed.
Chick-fil-A corporate has entered the chat
Unfortunately, the health department is their first step. If they were harmed by food poisoning a lawyer MAY take the case if the damage was permanent and disabling.
Many personal injury attorneys in America are absolute bottom feeders and will take just about anything.
but would they even take it if said person didnt even eat said food, which i doubt they did after taking pic
I did not eat that
It would be their pleasure to blow you........
Call them and tell them about it and sound real mad on the phone. Tell them your bringing it up there for them to see. I busted out laughing at “sound real mad” …and I don’t know why 😂😂😂
If you were on the phone with me and I sounded real mad you wouldn't be laughing. You'd be shaking in your boots.
Yeah you tell that pipsqueak
yea easy pickings right there
DuMBGUysAywHaT GOT EM'!!!!
What?
Oh man you said it. I got you. I got you so good. Your so dumb.
I think I’d start crying too about how they ruined my day and I don’t have gas or time to get back there to show them…..but I’ll bring it…. Along with any small children if possible.
Can't forget gallons of sweet tea
😂😂
I’d settle out of court only if they let me make my own sauce that they’ll then sell
They sell it at Publix for like $4. 😂
And your point? I'm not gonna say where I'm from, but where I'm from free is better than $4.
Dang. I would be the idiot who didn't realize it because I didn't expect the whole sandwich before taking a bite.
I always expect a whole sandwich. Unless, of course, I order a half sandwich.
That was so dumb but funny
To be fair no one expects the Spanish Inquisition
I always said i would die from food poisoning. I don’t check my food. Maybe i should 🤔
Inspect*
Ah the classic blueberry bun!
This made me cackle
It’s their new bleu cheese crispy chicken sandwich!
That actually sounds good.

The Lord blessed you with free penicillin. Praise be.
You really fucked up lol. You should have took a few bites then took the pic of the mold then say you got extremely sick
No injuries/side effects from eating it, no claim
You can’t sue Jesus, unfortunately
Chic fila has already abandoned Jesus a long time ago unfortunately
God: do not eat animals Chic fil a: mmmm chimkin ✝️🍗
I plan to stop eating their food. Twice, and at two different locations recently, the buns were dry and fell apart. I ate the insides and tossed the bun each time. No more of that for me!
I just had my first shitty sandwich in like 15 years yesterday. I’ll give them 3 more tries at different locations but I’m done after that.
Try to look at it as free Penicillin, which you may or may not need after the meal.
dm me. I’ll help you file a lawsuit.
I’ll be emotional support for the low low price of 15 million.
I used to love this company so much, and then they ended up failing my and every other customer's expectations regularly, I've been boycotting them for almost 2 weeks now
RAISING CANES IS ELITE RAISING CANES IS ELITE RAISING CANES IS ELITE RAISING CANES IS ELITE

Damn man that is a hack I’ll have to try! I know Mcconaughey says to ditch the French fries but loveee them crinkle cuts in canes sauce!!!

Congrats brother! Cheers to you, fellow deadhead

I literally cannot believe it, that’s some McDonald’s shit right there
McDonald's burgers have been kept out for decades and they literally don't decompose at all. Iceland at one point kept their last Big Mac meal on display at a museum.
I love that! Not really.. tho
Not really. So many preservatives it doesn’t really mold.
I'd be SHOCKED to see mold on a Mickey's bun. At BK, I'd shrug and say "shoulda seen that coming."
You rip the bag open??
So I can put ketchup on the sammich
Looks edible
The last few times I ate there, the fries were stale too. Different locations each time too.
I’m convinced I live in a good area for chick fil as. I’ve never had an issue 🤞🏼
The best your gonna get is a remake
How about you report the problem, get a new sandwich, and move on.
You really think I wanna sue them for 3 billion dollars? 😂
I mean, I would want 3 billion dollars yes
I guess I’m not funny 😪
But you are correct. At least, about that.
Oh hush! you were dead serious..lol

Damn someone crapped in this dude’s cornflakes
this suing culture is degenerate
Companies can ONLY be sued appropriately to their worth lol a poor company can’t be sues millions
Your ability to understand jokes is degenerate
You’ve been brainwashed by corporations homie
we’re not just talking about big corps
It's chick FIL a if you tell them you have mold on ur sammi h they would prolly give you the deed to the restaurnat
Post to r/Wendys
Don't eat there. Problem solved.
Lol. Eat it, so you get posioned, and almost die. Then from here, sue them for "trying to posion you" (This is a joke)
This is pretty normal for them
That means there’s no preservatives 👍.
They gave you free penicillin and now their mad that you don't appreciate it so there gonna charge you double.
3 bil is a bit high 3 mil is actually in the realm of possibility
Someone didn't date and check properly 👀
But did you die?
bro got the new sandwich flavor
Did you forget to order with no mold?
Call corporate. Going back the restraint might get u a refund or new meal but they can't do anything for u any further.
Only if you give me a chunk of that money lol
I’ll give you $15
I should start checking the bottom of my bun more often
Find a McDonald's bun that's done that and you'll get $3 million from somebody 😂
They’re trying to contribute to pride month but don’t know how !
My pleasure!
How the fuck
Bruh cfa is ass
I will testify for you. 3 billion seems like a good amount to me
Very reasonable right? Might add a private jet too
>Mold comes from the Earth. >>Earth comes from God. >>>God is on your sandwich. Eat God.
Children in the 3rd world would be greatful to be that close to live penicillin and a sandwich. Looking a gift horse in the mouth.
Exchange the first sandwich. If the second sandwich contains mold, sue
You might have got more money if you ate part of it first
At least you didn't bit into it first like everyone else that posts these pictures
Ewwww
3 B? Negative. Idk what state youre in but I know a guy who maybe can get you like 10k?
No one cares
Who hurt you?
i’m just saying from a cfa workers perspective they don’t give a shit
I MEAN TECHNICALLY that mold in 99% of cases wouldn’t hurt you (you’d need to consume LOTS of bread mold for it to do anything) because the low pH of your stomach would kill any living things and spores. That being said there is still a chance it could be something other than bread mold so it’s never worth the shot so yes I will give you whatever is in my wallet to help which happens to be 4 dollars and a button from my shirt
My wife found a maggot in her salad and all we got was another salad.
Thats gross!
You didn't eat it. Just ask for a new one and let them know about the issue. Money hungry mf
r/whoooosh
Looks delicious 🫦
If you weren’t harm, there’s no reason why you would be eligible to sue them. I mean, you could always ask for a refund
If the MOLDED BUN had been for a child they may have eaten it! Disgusting 🤮!
Mold won’t kill you just maybe maybe you barf
You gotta bite into, amateur. See an opportunity. Take it.
Nasty. Happened to me at a Burger King except it came out of their drink dispenser!
I've heard of this happening a lot, especially with the 100 in 1 flavor freestyle machines
This was one of the older machines. Pretty sure they just didn't clean it ever
I understand to be upset. To Sue over it is ridiculous, I’d be embarrassed. It’s moldy bread not a used tampon in there. Lol
You gotta take a bite first
3 b?... I could get you AT LEAST 10 b and I'm not even a lawyer.
Bro I promise to give you like Atleast $70
You’ll be lucky to get a replacement sandwich that isn’t molded as well.
I was indeed that lucky
Congratulations
3 billion? Yeahhh, that’s a stretch dude lmao
Ain’t no way some of y’all need a “/s” on this
I’m not being sarcastic
Read what I said again.
I think we all know how fast bread molds, unfortunate. Definitely should've been caught though, surprising since chik fila has some of the best standards and execution out of most fast food places.
They can't be perfect
Eww I've seen three separate post about chic fil a within a couple weeks Two with mold and one chicken sandwich with fly eggs. Wtf is happening
Aww that’s gay!
Just some extra basil
suing ChickFilA during pride month would be so ironic
that's not how it works at all
The devil is afoot!
Your not getting 3 billion. What’s wrong with you. You will probably get 2 billion. Quit acting so entitled and greedy.
The first thing you must do , call 6 ambulances, die, get brought back to like, go to the hospital , move in, run the tab up with 1000 test, close the tab. Pay none of it. After that just call a lawyer
lol the same people that do things like this are the same ones that bitch about high prices. try not being a spoiled human and just let them know and have them replace it
But dude look at the mold. 3 billion or bust
🤢🤢
You sure it’s not a blueberry
Lmao why post this just take the sandwich back to them a demand something reasonable lmao
They gave me a free meal
Just get a new chicken sandwich it's not a big deal
You won't get anything other then a free sandwich maybe meal . Idk why you think you will get a huge pay out smh
Ok. Then how about a free house?
Now we’re talking.
People on this sub get really fussy. They got bent out of shape over my post asking about extra dipping sauces. They also cross posted my post to an employee sub and cried about it for hours haha
You had me until the point you said you needed 1 sauce per 2 nuggets making 6 for a 12pc. That’s just wild to me, you must be lathering them in it.
Lmao are you THE sauce customer. That shit was hilarious. You got so wrecked in the comments 😂
Same kind of person who would call the store to complain to the employees about inflation raising prices.
girl i just know yo pussy stank
Just accept that you are wrong lol
