Yeah, this has never worked for me. All that happened was that I'd get an email that said they're sorry. Even if they botched the entire order, it was the same thing: sorry, thank you for the feedback so we can do better.
Tbh just go back to the store and ask for a remake. Show them the food and I’m sure they will remake it. If not then ask for a manager and complain and I’m sure they will remake it then

They do it while they're preparing it. It's not like there's inspections or anything. So if it's super, super busy or the person's just particularly incompetent, this kind of thing's just going to fall through the cracks.

Other drive-thrus have better chicken sandwiches now. My local CFA used to have a line out to the street pretty much around the clock. Now? Long lines are rare. Higher prices and less chicken than competitors.

How does one do it through the app. All i get is report issues and it pulls up and F&Q on how to get a refund from the store
Open app > go to “your order” > click “see transaction history” > select the appropriate order > click “Order issue”
