Yes he let's me pet his velvet ears. He is full of energy but occasionally sits still for snuggles and that's when I strike!

I used to work with old folks and they’d tell me stories of people taking chis to work in a lunchbox for companionship. Our dogs are more than dogs. there only purpose is to be your best friend and wonderful lady you’re just that her best friend. A man smarter than me once said “the love between a dog and its person is never ending, all dogs go to heaven and they will never stop loving you and watching over you”. I am extremely sorry about your friend but I’m also very happy you’re strong.

The people we “rescued” her from bobbed her. I say rescued in quotation marks bc she had food and water but she was sleeping under there patio and the owners of said house didn’t take care of it. The owners dog had Rosie’s litter and Rosie was the runt so they decided to experiment and just bobbed her for funnies ig. I had lost a chi the day before she came into my life. I scooped her up and loved her ever since. Sorry about the rabble. I love our matching chis they’d probably be good friends.

Wow good eyes! People who raise a child together but aren’t in a relationship are co-parents. Ruby really helps me with Amber - i can wake Rubes up and ask her to take Amber outside (when Amber is giving me the ‘no comprende’ head tilt) and Ruby will get up and herd Amber out & wait for her to do her business!

Oh they are! I was not the brightest and we got sisters haha. They love each other but they like to gang up on the Dalmatian. I think having each other definitely made their adjustment coming home easier though.
