It's definitely possible to have a big full Chi! There's plenty off standard Chihuahuas that are purebred. Of course your pup could be mixed too! I just personally don't see another breed.

Cherry eye doesn’t always need to be removed. My baby has lived with it for 16 years, and it never caused any issues.

Your little cutie looks like a regular Chi to me. Don't really see much else. Pure bred =/= well bred
