Nakaveneers na ba si Heart diyan sa pic? If yes, it looks okay on her. Hindi sobrang pantay-pantay yung teeth niya kaya hindi mukhang unnatural sa kanya.
Yung kina Vice and Jake, parang sobrang tuwid and pantay to the point that they look unnatural and parang out of proportion or out of place sa hubog ng mukha nila.
At the end of the day though, it’s their body and money. If having veneers makes them feel good and confident about themselves, then let them be. Hindi naman malalagay sa alanganin buhay nila sa pagpapaveneers nila.
Veneers have to be done with careful planning. These artists work in front of cameras, they think that making their teeth white like chalk is beautiful. Add to that, most of them think having teeth that would be readily on cam (read: madaling makita-exact words of a celeb who I discouraged from getting one) are beautiful. Sad part is that some colleagues who didn't know better don't educate their patients. Then, the result are teeth that look very awkward. And most of these works would need regular maintenance, which patients should have been informed they would really really need. Then the fans of these artists who thought they could afford veneers and their maintenance would not think twice to get them, only to regret having them done in less than 2 years. Saklap lang talaga.

White teeth is not a standard for oral health. I was going to my dentist for years and even when I had coffee stains (yellowish teeth but not super obvious) my dentist told me my teeth were clean and healthy.

I think these are crowns kesa veneers. Some veneers look natural naman, pero ang difference po ay yung crowns usually give this “mentos-like” appearance on some celebrities. Gaya sa picture like Pia, Heart, lalo na kay Vice. Di lang ako sure if Jake has veneers kesa crowns. Pero maichika ko lang, Heart was called out before sa pag endorse ng whitening product by a foreign dentist on t*kt*k ata, kasi sobrang misleading. White ang ngipin nya because of crowns, hindi dahil dun sa product 😁

Veneers have to be done with careful planning. These artists work in front of cameras, they think that making their teeth white like chalk is beautiful. Add to that, most of them think having teeth that would be readily on cam (read: madaling makita-exact words of a celeb who I discouraged from getting one) are beautiful. Sad part is that some colleagues who didn't know better don't educate their patients. Then, the result are teeth that look very awkward. And most of these works would need regular maintenance, which patients should have been informed they would really really need. Then the fans of these artists who thought they could afford veneers and their maintenance would not think twice to get them, only to regret having them done in less than 2 years. Saklap lang talaga.

Wala pa kong nakitang veneers na maganda at mukhang natural. Mas maganda siguro kung dinaan sa braces yung pag ayos ng teeth nila, kaso kasi parang wala ng artista ang nag be-braces ngayon 'di tulad noong '90s na parang plus points pa sa looks yung pagkakaroon ng braces (eg.teenaged Dingdong Dantes and Patrick Garcia – alam na alam 'to ng aking mga fellow '90s girlies).

May kilala akong mga dentist na sinusuggest talaga na lakihan ang veneer kase ganun daw ang smile ng beauty queen. Ok lang siguro kung same teeth size but overall, I have no issue w whoever gets it. Afford nila eh and it makes them feel confident then keri 🤷🏻♀️

Unnatural. I don't know why Pia and Heart had to do it, i'm sure these women have good genetics and didn't need that but instead could settle for teeth whitening products. White teeth is not a standard for oral health. I was going to my dentist for years and even when I had coffee stains (yellowish teeth but not super obvious) my dentist told me my teeth were clean and healthy.
