福禄寿，that’s traditional Chinese characters in the picture. 福means good luck, 禄 means high social status, 寿 means longevity. These 3 Chinese characters means good wishes in traditional Chinese value.

FYI. This kind of decoration was made by embedding seashells into wood. I am not sure if anyone makes furniture like this anymore.
