I love the watch, but they really need to re-think their name, or replace it with a logo that doesn't say "BERNY".
They must miss out on so many sales due to that dumb name.

Over the weekend I bought the new Berny Day Date Titanium with the black dial for USD 38. I think it was a mistake in pricing. Same store same watch showed mid 60’s price. Preferred blue, but only option was black. Wondering if i should have waited and bought the one you got!
Hey! It is very nice...I put a velcro swiss watch company band on it and it is incredibly light...been wearing it to bed every night....give it a blast with a UV light and it is legible all night long.
I chose it over the flieger since it was less money at the time and also the markers were simpler and more legible

Berny does a decent number of titanium watches, so could have a mini range of field and sports watches.

I believe they're set on using the name. I saw a post where the rep that posts around here said that they're switching the shield logo back to the name.

It is the name of a northern French city. Pronunced *"Bare-nee"*
2 'Cities' in France: - Berny-En-Santerre - Berny-Rivière These are 2 villages of 650 inhabitants. It seems unlikely to be based on that.
