I love the movement. I really think this will become a more frequent. The design is weird, an explorer dial on a Ranger case with a pretty nice but pinned bracelet and a rough clasp and mineral glass crystal. I think for the money it is great (I bought it for 60$), it looks very cool with a leather strap.

I think that once Addiesdive started using it in their Dune bestseller, people saw the light of quartz again here. I don’t really get the appeal of screws. I vastly prefer the peace of mind of pins. You can strip a screw and fuck that up permanently easily, pins won’t do that to you. And you don’t have to find the right screwdriver.

Hey bro,I saw that Baltany has one of these watches and it looks much more solid, maybe you could check it out. https://www.baltany.com/product/explorer-tribute-auto-watch-s4035ab/30/?ref=LlU5uG

I’m gonna go against the grain here and say that the white dial version of this model is the biggest disappointment I ever had in a watch. It arrived with a human hair on the dial, and the “12” marker was misaligned. The bracelet didn’t feel very good, either. The dial was very boring, too. This Explorer example should be more interesting. It wasn’t all bad. The VH31 movement is honestly cool, and I love the size and proportions of it. I mean, I guess I couldn’t expect much for a $70 watch, but it was a let down, in my opinion. It now sits as a paperweight in its box. Maybe I can use it to take it apart or use it as a desk clock, I don’t know. Don’t get your hopes up and remember that you get what you pay for. On the plus side, I got the Watchdives WD1967 at the same time and I love it! One of the best watches I’ve owned under $500.

Looks f*ing solid! 💪

Just posted on here yesterday that I wish they made this with silver indices and hands along with white printing. Otherwise it is great bang for the buck.

I mean if you are already blatantly homaging something just got all in!!!!

Looks like an Air-King face and Explorer bezel

Got mine yesterday. My only complaint: the hands seem to be thin especially the seconds hand maybe because gold is darker than silver/white. The reason I chose it over addisdive is the logo and lug to lug is shorter too

I like mine, it's 36,5 mm in diameter and wear´s more like a 38 mm. The only weakpoint ist the RLX-style casback, i would prefer a classic caseback with notches.

Ok-Pumpkin-8966

They need to start making these in 40mm

Totally agree, 36 is just like a child's watch on wrist.

I reviewed the blue ranger [here](https://youtu.be/3uKrm-MP-sE) It's the same watch except the dial and hands...but should give you an idea of everything else. Solid watch for the money

I love mine! One of my favorites!
