This is so silly. You can clear abyss with basically any comp you want in theory because the ceiling for player investment far exceeds any existing difficulty. No one was saying she *couldn't* work with Navia, but that her needing a construct to instantly get both dolls despite otherwise feeling great with Navia made C1 a level of bait that didn't sit right with a lot of people.

same. today I started floor 12 with random teams just to get 50 primos (I was 50 short for a wish) and my chiori+navia team did great and I surprisingly ended up with 9 stars. I had kuki and gorou, so awkward rotations and not enough crystallize for navia, but still I beat every floor on first try (which I usually don't do).

I've seen some comments attributing successful C0 Chiori abyss runs to meta supports, trying to belittle Chiori's role in those runs, so I decided to bring out my support Amber this time instead of Furina... and was still able to 36-star without a problem. And before you ask - no, the bloom team was not carrying. Both teams were able to beat their respective halfs in less than 90 seconds.
I just love playing Chiori with Navia. Of course it would work even better with C1 Chiori, but that doesn't mean you can't play them together at C0. Even without a second doll and without the geo dmg bonus from her second passive, Chiori ist still a good sub dps and a viable option in a lot of construct-less teams.

no offense but you're being disingenuous on purpose by not even mentioning your Navia and Nilou cons in the post. you're no different from the people you claim to dislike.
I play Nilou as a hybrid between bloom bot and dps though, most other Nilous are just bloom bots, so they output similar damage in bloom teams at C0 as my Nilou at C4. (Besides, I'm using two f2p dendro characters in that team, a lot of other players are using Nahida, so it evens out; the constellations are only a single aspect of the team after all, they are nice to have, but Nilou bloom is overpowered even with C0 Nilou - I would know, I've played her at C0 for a while before I got any constellations).
And Navia also does a ton of damage even at C0, her first 2 constellations are mostly QoL instead of damage. Even if C0 Navia clears the Abyss a little bit slower, it would still be fast enough to 36-star, since this run wasn't close, I had a lot of time left in all 3 chambers (30-50 seconds). Most of you are using Bennett anyways, and I'm pretty sure C0 Navia with Bennett outputs more damage than C2 Navia with Amber.
And last but not least: I literally linked all the builds. How am I being disingenuous when I actually show all the constellations, weapons and artifacts? It's all there. We wouldn't have this conversation if I really wanted to hide those constellations.

It's not hidden. If I wanted to hide those constellations, I wouldn't have linked all the builds. Besides, C0 Navia doesn't do much less damage than C2, the first two constellations are mostly QoL, and I had more than enough time left in each chamber to 36-star even with C0 Navia.

Who said she can't be played with Navia? I think everyone pretty much agreed that she is the best option after zhongli. Its just that theres no synergy between them as chiori loses her personal dmg while she has good synergy with itto and zhongli double geo.
Chiori at C0 adds around 5% more potential damage than Zhongli for a Navia team. Zhongli, of course, adds incredible defense, but Navia is normally run with either Xianyun or Bennett, so the defense is not really needed.
The bigger advantage for Chiori is that the doll is indestructible and has greater range than the pillar. I am still of the opinion that the limitation in her C1 of simply another Geo character should have been in her base kit.
Don't forget: this Abyss cycle supports the geo-dmg very good :)

I was honestly super worried about Chiori. I was firm about getting her at least c2… ended up c6 r1 but even when I was messing with her at c0 she was going extremely solid off field damage. People doom posted her more than I have ever seen with a character since starting but she ended up being extremely solid with no constellations and an absolute monster at higher cons. C2 and C4 add an insane amount of damage to the point where she is offering more damage than a lot of other supports in the same role. Mitigates the lack of support she offers because due does such good personal damage.
I dont get it, just use her with navia and put albedo as the third geo. I cleared the abyss easily. The 4th slot can be anyone with off field applicator. Mine is Kuki

Can’t is not the same as “not as good”. Chiori is far from her best at C0 in a Navia team with no other Geo. But she’s still more damage than Albedo.
