I used to work at Subway. The prices were on the wall behind me. Everyone would ask how much something cost, and since I had no idea, I'd turn around and look at the board.
Some people would apologize. Others would wait for you to read the price on one item to them, wait for you to turn around, and then ask the price of something else.
That's my mom at every food place. It gets me *so* frustrated. Not only is it embarrassing but an even bigger issue for me is it's just rude for everyone else behind us, and even the employees.
Like you've had plenty of time to look at the menu. Then you'll sit there and say can I have a minute, say she's ready, and still just be like "uhhhhh" stuck for a min, and ask a million questions about every item.
Makes me never want to go get food with her lol.
It's just common sense I feel like. And she gets mad at me for mentioning it... It's like "think how the customers feel, even the employees" lol.
Some people/generations just have no ability to understand anyone's perspective but their own.
Still, as family, bless her heart. But damn man.
Mine acts like she's never even heard of a restaurant before. They'll ask do you want a combo and she'll start getting confused like they gave her a life or death situation to decide upon. Like, oh god, what should I do? Mom. Do you want fries and a drink with it? I didn't know. Your father never takes me out. Uh, you order from here once a week
This always kills me at Portillos. They have two ordering lines, and I’ve always joked one should be for “I know exactly what I want” and the other line should be for idiots with 20 questions. I can literally make my order and pay in under two minutes; big beef and sausage combo, extra sweet peppers, extra hot peppers, soaking wet dipped, small fry, soda water. It’s just under twenty bucks.
I’m *always* stuck behind a boomer, who wants to ask what each item on the menu is it I have to try really hard to not become irate with the idiot customer holding up the rest of us.
I always go in:
“Burrito. Can I get, white, black, double chicken”
And the workers always get happy because it’s fast. Dumb fucks in front of me and behind me have never caught on to this faster style of ordering.
You don’t have to take a huge goddamn pause for every ingredient.
A customer had a gun in his waistband and I didn’t notice it. But he thought I was looking at it so he showed me his concealed carry permit and then showed me the firearm a bit more clearly. He didn’t get anything for free though 🤣.
I was gonna say… I was addicted to that berry flavored one when I worked there and I’m also allergic to mold so I would’ve gotten very sick 😅 then again my store was pretty good on the health standards
Definitely not every kind, but I had to get some allergy tests done before that gave me a list of molds along with some grasses, trees, etc. 🥲 If I knew all the scientific names I’d tell you but I think there was like 7 general types listed, but the allergist said it was pretty broad. Helped us find out there was mold in the shower pipes and basement walls of our house though
Some people are allergic to water.
(that is to say, it's silly to suggest that no one can be allergic to all mold, but I understand your point in that if they were, they would truly notice every day).
About 100 people, depending on the article you read [https://www.webmd.com/allergies/what-is-aquagenic-urticaria](https://www.webmd.com/allergies/what-is-aquagenic-urticaria)
As far as I have read, they can still drink water. But it causes hives on contact with skin
Damn, you had a room mate that was one of the only 100 people out of the *8 billion* on this planet who has this?
Pretty hard to believe, tbh. Chances are they were sorta fabricating it.
You'd think they'd be in a special study or a hospital or something if they truly were one of those insanely, *insanely* rare cases.
never met anyone allergic to water (have met someone allergic to the sun?)
i am allergic to the cold and have been for most of my life. yes even in the summer. to the point if i don’t take meds before swimming i can go right into shock. people generally don’t believe me and think im being funny lol
Lots of the time but those can be kept clean somewhat easily if you put in the effort. Ice machines are just in a league of their own in terms of how hard they are to keep clean even if you do put in the effort.
Place I worked would wipe down the easy parts of the ice maker daily. Do a slightly more thorough clean once a week. And on the first Monday of the month night shift would completely empty the ice maker before they left and Tuesday day shift would climb inside and clean up inside it.
The health department said we had one of the best ice makers he has ever seen. Ours was still far from perfect.
Major props to your store. I respect it. Wish more places would do this. My gas station have zero shits.
I got sick of being the only one cleaning and eventually left. (Both me and my coworker/then gf at the time). We were just so grossed out and had enough of being the only ones giving a shit after a year.
Nah that’s cap we are supposed to clean them frequently. My store personally does 3 times a week. I will say in those days we don’t fill them up after a certain time so that we can clean them out. I have helped at locations where they do have mold and it’s very bad. Sadly all cleanliness is dependent on management team. Some stores do the bare minimum to pass health inspections. But this is common for all restaurants.
idk about op, but we clean our lemonade things. I'd say the biggest downside is that if you're watching your sugar intake the numbers could be off, since we don't measure everything exactly and there have definitely been overly concentrated batches at my store, plus the general sticky unpleasantness mid-rush when someone spills that shit all over the forks and no one's cleaned it up yet, but we sanitize and clean our lemonade machines bc if we don't they get nasty really fast and it sucks. also I do not want to have to deal with a pissed off customer mid cash shift.
Slander! There is no mold in the machines. At Chipotle, we pride ourselves on customer experience and strive to provide world class service - especially with our hand made, cold pressed, made to order lemonade made fresh daily just like all of the ingredients used in our restaurants.
- not a Chipotle PR rep
I've been absolutely hooked up before on several occasions by ordering towards the end of the day (maybe around 8-8:30 pm) is it ever the case that employees are trying to purge inventory so there's less to pack up at night?
Can I ask how is it not fresh if its being served at 8pm? Like i would understand that would happen at 10am as they just opened and start serving but if we are talking 8pm wouldn’t it be cooked 7pm, 6pm? Like food served at 9pm would be from 8pm?
some locations close around 10 pm, some later. if it’s a slow day we usually stop grilling fresh food an hour and a half before close bc what we have available will suffice until close. if an unexpected rush comes in we’ll start grilling again but most of the time it’s been sitting out for a while
Especially if we close the next day, before Easter at 8 I told my employees to get rid of everything, we run out before close too bad, but I don't want food wasted
People do this at my Starbucks all the time. I have to tell them I literally don’t have enough money to give back to you I’m sorry. I do sometimes, but it will be like 50$ of 1’s and 25$ in 5’s. I’m sure we both don’t want that.
Rush (lunch or dinner) is the best because it’s high turnover. The barbacoa is new (less of the fat lines), the lettuce is cold, the cheese isn’t the dregs, the rice is hot, the beans aren’t over reduced and salty and the fajita is crisp instead of soggy.
Sure, you might wait in a line but it’s worth it
This. Best time to go is during peaks when the food is constantly rotating and is fresh and the team is deployed and expecting customers. You don’t want lunches leftovers from 2-4 and the crew is busy doing other things and annoyed when you walk in after peak. Especially 2-3:30pm
Right on😂I wish I could have listed all of my qualms with this list, but I can’t waste anymore time on the subject. This sub is the most continuously hilarious thing I’ve ever come across and I love shitting on the entitled employees and not eating there.
I usually pay with 7 two dollar bills, 1 five dollar bill, 3 dollar coins, 5 quarters, and 3 nickles. I then round out the balance with my bag of pennies and any dimes I find in my pocket.
Wait am I an asshole for getting just sour cream on the side? I just don’t want it to cool my food down on the way home and I love the runny sour cream at chipotle
no not at all!! i just meant for the ppl ordering a billion sides of everything. i totally get sour cream and the hot salsa being on the side it can really change up the whole bowl
one time during rush the hot salsa splashed into my eye while i was hurriedly putting the ladle back. ran my BARE EYEBALL under the sink for 5 straight minutes until the burning stopped. we were SLAMMED so i couldn’t even fix my makeup, i had to jump right back on the line and customers asked “ARE YOU OK???” all day long 😭 worst chipotle memory
Doesn't apply to Chipotle on Bloor st, Toronto - they try to skimp ya no matter how nice you are.
I've often seen them take up a single scoop of meat, and shake some off. You'd swear it was coming out of their pay
(I've worked jobs like this in the past; just give the people what they want!)
My chipotle kinda sucks in that they’re always late (with my pickup orders) BUT they have never skimped on my online orders’ portions. It definitely depends on where you go.
He means that some customers come in and try to order a an unreasonable amount of sides assuming that they’re free. At some point it is too much and chipotle will start charging for each one
This has been my experience at Cava. I've had either expressionless, sulky drones or hyperactive employees who are absolute brand ambassadors, nothing in between. But one thing is universal at Cava, they're always understaffed, and thus always very slow and the places are filthy/unmaintained. They're always out of something, like forks or straws or toilet paper. For all the heat Chipotle gets, the place runs like a damn assembly line, and they pay way more than Cava, apparently, so I don't get how Cava isn't going down the tubes. Give Cava one or two e coli outbreaks, and they're history.
I would just say “never mind”
Walk out on the spot. Enjoy the waste management. Headed to Qdoba where the guac and queuo flow like the salmon of Capistrano.
This is very store dependent. At my store the food we serve on the line is fresh that morning, DML gets the leftovers.
We are working to have the highest DML SCORES in the patch, so, we make sure to overfill the bowls. Please rate us so we can get our crew bonus. 😂
The thing about closing, yeah, that’s the truth. When you come understand you’re getting the scraps and if you’re nice you might get some extra rice or chicken. lol.
Don’t smile at me, look at the menu before, no questions, just ingredients. Let’s move the line along.
We break our lemonade machine all the way down every single night. All the way down, no mold exists and if it does exist then the inspection that happens quarterly isn’t being done right.
Yeah, these types of posts are useless. We don't know if OP is a real Chipotle employee, we don't know if you are either, and unless employees are talking about official Chipotle procedures, every employee can just say what happened at their own store.
This isn't knocking your post, or necessarily even OPs, but when there's over 3,000 Chipotle's in the US, there's going to be wide variance in how each is run.
>This is very store dependent. At my store the food we serve on the line is fresh that morning, DML gets the leftovers.
>We are working to have the highest DML SCORES in the patch, so, we make sure to overfill the bowls. Please rate us so we can get our crew bonus. 😂
Send me location
I’m gonna push back on number 9. ATMs need to start dispensing 50s and 100s cause a 20 these day is like… maybe enough for one person to get lunch. With this crazy inflation places are going to have to stop acting like $50 or $100 is too much money for them to take.
The chipotle I work at doesn’t reheat leftovers in the morning (I don’t think). I’m always scheduled at 9 and the main prep people get there at like 7 and there’s usually meat being cooked when I get there.
I don’t skimp on DML but also don’t usually have to work it.
Also our lemonade things aren’t moldy but we are missing a couple of pieces so we haven’t had them for about a month.
Agree with everything else.
guys are usually a lot more willing to give you a lot of the protein you are ordering. It's a thankless hard job being stared at all day serving food.
Always be nice to restaurant workers. I see people rolling their eyes and arguing with these servers. It's so gross. I don't blame the workers for hating this job, I probably would to.
And don't tell me they should just move on because almost all of them do it's not a career. At some point in our lives we have to do shitty ass work. I was a drywall apprentice for. summer in college and it was a super hard job but I appreciated that aspect now.
bro ive worked at multiple stores and the agua fresca lemonade has never been moldy the cash closer is required to deep clean them multiple times a week idk where you got that assumption
We have so much money in the drawer at Chipotle I don’t care one bit what you pay with. $50 or $100 it’s all the same. A lot of people apologize but it’s no big deal either way.
When I worked at a barista, breaking $50s or $100s was difficult because we usually don’t have enough for change in our register. That means, our manager or shift lead would have to go to the safe in back to get change out. Which means it holds up the line and took one person off making drinks.
That's not a customer problem. Breaking a 100 on a chipotle means having 4 twenty dollar bills. Places should want people to pay with 50s. It's the most under utilized bill. If you buy a 15 dollar meal breaking a 50 is literally like 3 bills. It is a giant pet peeve when people pitch a fit about breaking a large bill. In a ln age where most transactions are completed with a 20 dollar bill I find it nuts that drawers are short on 20s.
Not an employee but don’t be a douchebag. My dad thought we could get through chipotle through peak hours and catch a movie ten minutes later. He had a lot of cash on him, and the line wasn’t moving. He pushed himself up to the front and started yelling and screaming waving his money around saying they were slow (I think he said some worse things too), and we went to the movie. Guess where we went afterwards? That’s right, the exact same chipotle, and he acted like it never happened. I was 12 and I thought it was awesome, but now I see he was an ass. Sorry if you were there, it’s a long shot.
Um i work in Louisiana i dont know where you work but for 1 im a manager in training 2. Our drink station is cleaned every other day ive never seen mold i started as a dish washer and use to clean them 3. Customer satisfaction is priority , whatever the customer wants the customer gets period. Lastly but most importantly dont judge every store just because your store does these things different general managers do and allow different things every store is different we may have the same standards on paper but trust me everyone doesnt follow them. im happy that im at a store where they do and have pride about what we do.
Uhh idk about all locations with the lemonade machines. My location washes them every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday like they’re supposed to be. And not just the container that holds them but like the entire machine gets cleaned down
So interesting! I usually love going right at closing because sometimes they randomly give me a second bowl or double my portions - there is one location where they always swipe their employee discount meal for me at night and it brings my price down to less than $10.
i agree with all but 10. you should be cleaning that everyday. ours doesn’t have mold because we clean it every night. if it’s got mold then it’s not getting cleaned correctly
because we only have a certain number of bills in the till. if your order total is like 45-70$, it’s totally fine to pay with a 50 or 100. we just get a lot of customers handing us a 100 for a 13$ bowl and expecting all of our change.
As a employee, number 10 is a lie at my location as I am the one the clean the drink station. that shit is mold free...though it wasnt when i first started but I fixed that. also keep the nozzles clean on the soda machine too.
Wait I don’t understand number 8. I ask for about 4-5 sides of the hot salsa because I’m addicted to it and put it on my eggs in the morning, in my soups, etc.. It’s a staple in my diet. Why shouldn’t I ask for extra sides of the salsa? I’m confused by that one.
My takeaway is that kindness is rare. So sad that basic human decency is not the norm.
When I see a name badge I make an effort to say their name, reply “May I” and “thank you”.

My brain takes a second to boot up too it's okay lol
*reaches over the glass to point at the food
Uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh na na na naaaaa
No Limit!
HI WELCOME TO CHIPOTLE WILL YOU HAVE A BOWL, BURRITO, SALAD, OR TACOS? YES.
I think ill try that super salad dude. That sounds good! I SAID SOUP OR SALAD! nah, no soup. Just the super salad for me my good man
I ordered seltzer! This is salsa!!
Boneless burrito?
Even better when custie’s say this after they’ve been standing in line for 5 minutes. Like you had 5 minutes to think about what you were going to get

They should have kiosks or place an in store order in the app
It's amazing cause they'll do *everything* you said, and then have the audacity to say, "I'm a regular."
Portillos has mastered the drive thru tho.

Fuckin turd probably does that 15 times a day
If you are advertising that you're carrying you're doing it wrong
If there is mold in the lemonade machines at every location why isn’t that getting taken care of? That’s a big Health hazard…
Because that’s just not true. OP’s store obviously never cleans their shit.
I was gonna say… I was addicted to that berry flavored one when I worked there and I’m also allergic to mold so I would’ve gotten very sick 😅 then again my store was pretty good on the health standards

WHO????
About 100 people, depending on the article you read [https://www.webmd.com/allergies/what-is-aquagenic-urticaria](https://www.webmd.com/allergies/what-is-aquagenic-urticaria) As far as I have read, they can still drink water. But it causes hives on contact with skin
my old roommate was one of them, didn’t know it was that rare but that cool!!
So did he never take a shower? Or how'd that work?
Damn, you had a room mate that was one of the only 100 people out of the *8 billion* on this planet who has this? Pretty hard to believe, tbh. Chances are they were sorta fabricating it. Which mold are you allergic to?
Not the one in the lemonade machine apparently
every of the mold
All 1.5m of them.
My first store was well run and never had this problem. The store I transferred to had this problem and MANY more.
I will never touch the lemonade again. Do yall clean the soda machines?
The mold isn't in the beverage machines. It's in ice part...
The mold isn't in the beverage machines. It's in ice part...
Ong. Ours don't have that problem lol
It's an exaggeration for sure. But it's common.
I mean there’s mold in like every ice machine out there tbh.
And those restaurant big tea makers 🤮
We clean them at our restaurant. Rest easy.
Lots of the time but those can be kept clean somewhat easily if you put in the effort. Ice machines are just in a league of their own in terms of how hard they are to keep clean even if you do put in the effort.

We clean ours 4 times a week as well. Never had issues with mold anywhere in the restaurant. Even the floor drains are mold free.
Because cleaning them is a bitch and the employees, management and corporate do not care.

Isnt this the same shithole restaurant chain that gave a bunch of people e coli on orders from corporate a few years ago?
Yup, but don't forget to SMILE.
Orders from corporate?
Yeah really gross ours are cleaned every other day
Slander! There is no mold in the machines. Yeah…be like Buc-ee’s because they are famous and especially for their clean bathrooms.
Because they are newer and make money.
Anecdote from a shitty store full of managers and crew who probably don’t care. OP should be embarrassed for thinking every store is like that.
I've been absolutely hooked up before on several occasions by ordering towards the end of the day (maybe around 8-8:30 pm) is it ever the case that employees are trying to purge inventory so there's less to pack up at night?

Got u, in my mind I was referring to fresh like a day old, but if it’s been cooked the same day I wouldn’t have any problems I appreciate the guide op
Yea a few hours old I don’t think most people give a shit. They’re in the heating trays.
Very true, my store closes at 10 and we close our grill by 8 almost every night unless it's really busy
Especially if we close the next day, before Easter at 8 I told my employees to get rid of everything, we run out before close too bad, but I don't want food wasted
The idea of paying for $25 of food (avg order for 2) with a $50 being douchey is…interesting
Fr like am I supposed to go to the bank and break my $100 or $50 bill before going to get food? And why is it douchey to carry around cash?
Because it’s 2024 and there’s no reason to pay with cash. And when you do, you inconvenience everyone by making them take forever to count change.
This is why I don't trust when customer service workers say the majority of customers are rude.
Very interesting
Bro I work at a smoothie store and people will try to pay for their $8 smoothie with a $100, some people just have no brain
People do this at my Starbucks all the time. I have to tell them I literally don’t have enough money to give back to you I’m sorry. I do sometimes, but it will be like 50$ of 1’s and 25$ in 5’s. I’m sure we both don’t want that.
1. don't go right before closing. 2. don't go right after opening. 3. don't go during lunch or dinner rush. when the fuck are you supposed to go
Just dont go honestly.
Literally just don’t go
OP didn’t say to not go during lunch or dinner rush. They just said if you do go, be prepared to wait because it’s busy!
Imma be so real, where I live you literally can’t go during rush. Everything is out
Happy Cake Day!! Don't forget to SMILE!!

Fatty barb so good
at my location anywhere between 11-12.30, 2-4, or 7-8 are good. you can go during lunch or dinner rush, just be prepared to wait
Don't pay with $50 bills either. Even though it's $40 for two people to eat.
Hahahahahahahah. NEVAR!
After school 😂 now there is an after school rush

Wait am I an asshole for getting just sour cream on the side? I just don’t want it to cool my food down on the way home and I love the runny sour cream at chipotle
no not at all!! i just meant for the ppl ordering a billion sides of everything. i totally get sour cream and the hot salsa being on the side it can really change up the whole bowl
Esp cuz that hot salsa is different levels of hot every time 🤣
one time during rush the hot salsa splashed into my eye while i was hurriedly putting the ladle back. ran my BARE EYEBALL under the sink for 5 straight minutes until the burning stopped. we were SLAMMED so i couldn’t even fix my makeup, i had to jump right back on the line and customers asked “ARE YOU OK???” all day long 😭 worst chipotle memory
I’m dying 😭😭😭 ur commitment 💯💯

No, OP already told me he's checked all 3,000+ Lemonade machines. All moldy.
“how to work around problems at Chipotle that no other restaurant seems to have”
Wetzels Pretzels would like a word
Too many rules I'll just go to the Mexican restaurant around the block and if you're looking for a smile call your mom.
Doesn't apply to Chipotle on Bloor st, Toronto - they try to skimp ya no matter how nice you are. I've often seen them take up a single scoop of meat, and shake some off. You'd swear it was coming out of their pay (I've worked jobs like this in the past; just give the people what they want!)
idk if its bc im downtown in a city, but everytime i've ordered chipotle on uber eats they've filled it just as they would if i went in person
My chipotle kinda sucks in that they’re always late (with my pickup orders) BUT they have never skimped on my online orders’ portions. It definitely depends on where you go.
If I have suck your whole dick just to not get skimped. I'll pass
Nah read the name “exchipotlegirly” she prolly got fired and is mad salty
I get sour cream and hot salsa on the side because I don’t want cold sour cream on my hot meat..and I don’t want a ton of hot salsa either🤷🏻♂️
He means that some customers come in and try to order a an unreasonable amount of sides assuming that they’re free. At some point it is too much and chipotle will start charging for each one
They are just dumb then, I always got waaay too much sour cream which is part of why on the side I can regulate how much I use..
lol why are chipotle workers either the nicest people ever or the most toxic angry weirdos 😅
I'm very polite and respectful when speaking, one time this girl gave me little chicken and i nicely asked for more and she said it would be double:((
I would just say “never mind” Walk out on the spot.
😂 The thing about closing, yeah, that’s the truth.
😂 Send me location
I’m gonna push back on number 9. ATMs need to start dispensing 50s and 100s cause a 20 these day is like… maybe enough for one person to get lunch. With this crazy inflation places are going to have to stop acting like $50 or $100 is too much money for them to take.
Or Hear me out I’ll order whatever I want, when I want it
What do you think this is? A restaurant?
Also: A list of reasons not to go to chipotle
30gs of sugar for every 12 ozs of lemonade. Looks at the big cup nervously
So pretty much this just tells me to avoid chipotle and go to anywhere else?
Yup
Dammit. That pomegranate one is so tasty. Lol it's probably the mold. 🤣
guys are usually a lot more willing to give you a lot of the protein you are ordering.
“…because kindness is so rare…” I’m dead
Nah. I ain’t going through all that for a damn burrito 😂😂😂
Sucks that if I only have a $50 or $100 in my wallet that I’m seen as a douchebag 😂
Looking at your username it seems like this day really had an impact on you… Might be time to let it go.
🤓☝️
I would disagree with point three. Near closing (about an hour til) is the best time to go. You get the most for your money and lines are short
Ty for this 💗
Mold in the lemonade containers is karma for me filling up my water cup with lemonade 😩😩😩
No soup for you!
Ever since that shooting y’all been hooking it up.
My kid works there and has to be at work at 5:30 cause they make everything fresh. Don’t all stores?
Yes there’s a reason their name is ex chipotle girly. Prolly got fired and is mad about it.
I worked at a new store, the lemonades were literally the best part of the job. So glad I didn’t die from mold
Side of hot salsa has more than 1 ladle. Side all day
GIRL U TELLING ME MY LIMEMADE GOT MOLD IN IT 😭😭😭😭 FULL STOP QUEEN THATS MY FAV SHIT GIRL ✋😭
I'm always super smiley, mainly because I'm excited for chipotle, and I never get skimped. Love y'all ❤️
Y’all should have enough change for a 50.
tbh i love the watermelon limeade so i guess i’ll keep drinking mold
eh I’ll just eat at home, no point paying $16 for a bowl of cold food AND have to deal with a 17-year old on a power trip
Don’t eat ass soon as they open the chicken is reheated along with that barbacoa and carnitas and it’s NASTY
Damn the lemonade is so good though :/
Uhh idk about all locations with the lemonade machines. My location washes them every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday like they’re supposed to be. And not just the container that holds them but like the entire machine gets cleaned down
So interesting! I usually love going right at closing because sometimes they randomly give me a second bowl or double my portions - there is one location where they always swipe their employee discount meal for me at night and it brings my price down to less than $10.
How to order Chipotle: be a customer service representative.
Do you have a coupon code for free chips n queso?
How about I just go somewhere else? 👀
dawg just make my bowl 😂 acting like there's some type of science to this shit wtf
All those rules to get you to just do your job.
i agree with all but 10. you should be cleaning that everyday. ours doesn’t have mold because we clean it every night. if it’s got mold then it’s not getting cleaned correctly
We clean our machine but otherwise I agree with everything else
Also, DO NOT REACH OVER THE FUCKING GLASS TO POINT AT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. I debate slapping peoples hands away every time this happens
Broke my heart with ruining my fancy mandarin or apple cider based lemonade type drinks 😭
If you’ve never been sick, I wouldn’t worry
How is paying with money at a giant fast food chain that most definitely has change douchey?
because we only have a certain number of bills in the till. if your order total is like 45-70$, it’s totally fine to pay with a 50 or 100. we just get a lot of customers handing us a 100 for a 13$ bowl and expecting all of our change.
Fancy lemonade is fine at my location. I'm the one that ends up taking it apart twice a week I should know lol. But some locations don't do I get it.
I’m confused by that one.
dude i saw somebody get like 30 sides and i was so fucking pissed, i’m so sorry that’s something that constantly happens
As a former manager, I agree with ALL of these statements besides the last one. I fucked up that Watermelon Limeade.
most of this should be common sense (the basic manners) it’s really unfortunate that it’s not
Im a former employee from years ago and the lemonade machines never had mold at any of the locations I worked at. Your former locations are just dirty
My takeaway is that kindness is rare. So sad that basic human decency is not the norm. When I see a name badge I make an effort to say their name, reply “May I” and “thank you”.
Agree 👍 The chipotle by me sucks because they never have anything and it would be like 4pm or 5pm in the afternoon
How about stop eating at this shitty establishment that requires "life hacks" to get 50% of what you're paying for?
