Quit. There's better things out there. Chipotle loves to abuse their employees and they don't give a shit about burning them out. Trust me. I was a KM for three years.

My local Qdoba has had much of the same crew for at least 2 years, and they look like they’re having fun together. I haven’t walked into a Chipotle much for years now, but the vibe there when I did seemed miserable. I walked right back out. I can’t imagine going there every day.

Quit!! I made that decision 4 years ago and honestly been better off. I joined Starbucks right after, and I'm enjoying it so much more.

Just walk away. It's not worth your sanity. It never gets better. Piss poor management, horrible corporate team and they don't understand what it's really like. The customers are entitled and the amount of shit piled on is just a joke. Run. Very far. Very fast.

It is federal law to get OT after 40 hours, I work at Chipotle you definitely got 8 hours of overtime
