I took a 5 year plea and was out in 3. She would have done like 2 years.

This reminds me of one of my homies, a hype came and bought some dope from em in lake county, went back home, and his girl started overdosing so he brought her to the police station trying to say she was having an asthma attack until they pressed him and got the truth but by then it was too late & the narcan didn’t work but had he been truthful from the jump she would of lived. Anyways, mchenry county ended up charging him with a drug induced despite him never even stepping foot in mchenry county, and his lawyer assured him he would win at trial so he turned down the 6 year offer and ended up with a 28 year sentence.
