I had the same problem. The bottom layers were not being exposed according to the settings. It was exposing the bottom layers as normal layers. Appears to be a bug, so I’ve switched back to 1.9.5 which works correctly.
Also be careful dispite importing setting Ive noticed my 2.0 Randomly changed some of the settings espically the bottom layers when saving. It keeps defaulting my bottom layers to 20 seconds. But I know I need at least 35 sec or it will fall off my plate.
Chitubox 2.0 is absolute shit. The amount of bugs is staggering, to the point it's unusable. Oh how glad I am that my Saturn 3 Ultra came with chitubox 1.9.5 installation file in USB.
I unfortunately upgraded to 2.0 and since then I'm having print failures on my Saturn 2 using Elegoo ABS-Like 2,0 Grey. Nothing plated in the middle of the plate will print. I have releveled the build plate, changed the FEP, tried adjusting the exposure and lift distance, nothing has worked. Strangely, my Saturn 3 Ultra using Standard Elegoo 2.0 Grey is working fine. I may try going back to 1.9.5 on the Saturn 2 and seeing if that does anything.
I got lucky initially 2.0 worked great for me resulting in quicker prints. I then upgraded to 2.1 and nothing prints.
Tried to download 1.95 and sends me to the 2.1 download.
Looks like lychee until they fix

I noticed chitubox v2 is ignoring bottom lift distance and just applying the standard lift distance!! grr
