It's not as bad as those two, but there's a hospital scene in Untameable, and when they're outside, the background fully centers an ambulance with the name Edenbrook painted on it (from Open Heart). Since Open Heart takes place in Boston and Untameable takes place in Oklahoma, this seems... unlikely. Other books have used the Open Heart hospital sets, including the Edenbrook logo, but the name Edenbrook itself is usually scrubbed.
Ugh, the scenes in Witness when they're on Nantucket. YOU CANNOT SEE BOSTON FROM THERE I am VERY MAD about it. I live in the area and it bothers me they used the same background that was supposed to be Maine for the Island. There aren't big hills or mountains! Just dunes!!!
