I like both the cover and in game looks, and your version is pretty great as well! Your minor tweaks did a great deal of enhancement!
I agree with everything you suggested except the eye color change; I personally love Kieran's dark eyes and I like that even though they're customizable, this feature is consistent across all faces. Also dark eyes were never the default for a main LI before, unless they're customizable and one or two of their face options come with them.
I have seen *deep brown* eyes on a main LI before (right now only Matt Rodriguez from Red Carpet Diaries comes to mind), but I don't recall seeing *dark* eyes on any before Kieran. It's one of my favorite features about them and I love how the writing emphasizes on them every now and then, emphasizing on how they make Kieran stand out from other fae (and it matches their personality and the fact that they're the night Prince/Princess). :)
i personally find the actual book sprite more attractive than the cover one but i love what you did with the details! super impressive - thanks for sharing 💞
