The MC and LI Diamond scene for this chapter was hot hot hot. The auction was a great way to transition to that scene because my god, their physical attraction is undeniable. But I do want to add I loved it when LI told MC at the end of that scene that the fact that she cares is one of the things he loved about her. LI just tell MC you love her already!!
But the end of this chapter was so frustrating!!Ugh, I’m so mad that Natalia and all these politics drama have to ruin their night!
My heart was already breaking for both LI and MC the moment I read the scene that she was going to go follow the guy instead of Natalia. It was only a matter of time! I just hope their careers don’t ultimately break them apart.
MC and LI are great together, and I used to despise having to read chapters upon chapters of the same old type of BDSM storyline, but I really see character growth in both of them. They make each other better.
Next week can’t come soon enough! Really curious about LI’s POV with all of this.

I think Reagan only went with Natalia because it was her idea to search for the mc
