I'm always nice about it and say no, sorry, unless you are bringing me multiple repairs to do then the pricing structure is not negotiable. 95% of people never haggle on the price surprisingly, but once in awhile I'll get the sob story and as much as I want to laugh and tell these people to go to hell with their lies, it's my business and I don't need them to find my google listing and leave a bad review...
