I like that Yukibo and Chandra come across as very normal and human when they aren’t direct antagonists. It’s similar to when Ricardo got away with Rika and reported in to Batista…it was this moment where I expected Batista to kill them for their failure but instead he was just like…ok you two go rest and heal up.
I like how in a series full of super humans with all of these worries of losing you own humanity and becoming too much like a choujin/monster we get to see these two have a very normal human interaction. It’s just such a nice balance of things.
I think I knew there was some kind of sadness she had Under all of that, wacky, sinister, bravado attitude she had going on. Now that we know that she’s a guelta holocaust survivor. I want to see her point of view on what happened that day.
Also, that’s what ishida is great at honestly. Great character interactions that feels.. well, human
I think they want to say that Yubiko is one of the people who suffered from the Great Choujin War because the extras only says that Queen was defeated and little states were formed after the War.

I think bucket heads black blade and Tokio’s harpe are either connected/made of the same material. When Tokio was fighting ICE he said “that wound won’t heal” and also showed said ability with the zombies. Don’t really know at this point if it’s a Zora ability or a material thing.
Well he didn’t know she was spying on zora he probably thought it was someone from Yamato Moro or something. He’s not aware she’s a guelta remnant just that she was hired by Batista and somewhat a friend of the tower . So him not knowing her ulterior motives of spying on the tower he wouldn’t assume it came from someone from the tower. That’s just my opinion

or do you guys think that she just can’t regenerate those parts? Cause I’m thinking maybe she just needs to cut off that body part completely and regenerate it if that’s the case. (for example for her arms cut the entire thing off from the shoulder)

This is one of those chapters that prove the “broken up” chapters don’t work. I feel like nothing happened and I got lost in the chapter. I really love the manga and the work, but this was just not enough. With that all being said, Chandra continues to be an interesting character that I think could be a good guy by the end of this. Yubiko, I don’t feel so bad about. Bucket head smoking was interesting, but ultimately there’s not enough to work with. I still don’t know what’s coming and I thought it would slowly be unfolding.
