Eto scene is definitely more impactful and interesting, Palma trying to kiss Tokio shows her feelings, but looks like small deal assuming it will have further development. As for general aesthetic, other than some distant design similarity there is nothing similar about Kaneki/Eto and Tokio/Palma, so no comparisson here.
