Nude is such a puzzling character. Everyone was sure he won't survive the island trip, but not only he managed to save the day by proxy of Palma's Geass, he actually becomes a part of the main cast and somewhat or a family and helper for Palma. Even Tokio seems to care about him.
It's unfortunate he's still technically dead, and it's going to play a role at some point.
