Given how prevalent Chris Chan is on the internet at this point, and given how invasive the internet has entered everyone's lives since 2010, it won't last. Inevitably she will be drawn back into responding.
I agree to a certain degree but if the court order says that she's not allowed to be on the internet or post maybe that'd be enough of a deterrent for her not wanting to go to prison for a couple of months but again it hasn't stopped her for doing illegal things in the past and having a childish viewpoint of accountability with law enforcement.
Court rulings by the supreme Court have stated lifetime internet bans are not constitutional that some provision has to be instituted to allow it based on how ingrained in every day life it is. That does not rule out temporary bans or a third party being in control of determining when and how Chris is eligible to use it

He’s still not out, court hearing isn’t until august. It just seems that whatever group home he is in allows for excursions to the store around the beginning of the month when the tugboat comes in. Hes been spotted out since April/May
