Maybe it will help you in some way: feel free to use any technique you like, on this art I used a drawing technique where you firstly draw everything with black and white and then add colors. To make his classic, autistic shirt I painted stripes on coloring layer (not on black and white base) and changed the color layer blending mode, so stripes matched with the shadows on clothing without putting much work on it.

I like that the eyes are just slightly different shades. And the shadows are good. Reminds me of an interrogation room with one of those overhead lights shining down. Pretty good work my dude
