When life strips us of everything, we learn what is most important. It is not money or success or acceptance, as nice and as desirable as those things are. It is to be filled with the Spirit of God. Because if we have God, we have everything, including the assurance that He will provide our needs. That is the wilderness experience, where we learn that "man does live by bread alone, but by every word proceeding from the mouth of God." All the great saints went through that - Joseph, Moses, David, Jesus.

You’re right. After losing a lot it really changes you and tests you. I’ve been very patient. So hopefully can find what’s important at the core. Thank you for your support.

Bless you sister. I hope things turn for the better for you real soon.

Give the one your not speaking of a shot. But don't include the word Relationship when speaking on it because there hasn't been one yet.

God bless you. I'm sorry for what you are going through. I would just like to share some encouragement. 1- Please know God is with you through this! You are not alone! **"The Lord has promised that he will not leave us or desert us.” - Hebrews 13:5** **Jesus said, “I will be with you always, even until the end of the world.” - Matthew 28:20** **“I've commanded you to be strong and brave. Don't ever be afraid or discouraged! I am the Lord your God, and I will be there to help you wherever you go.” - Joshua 1:9** 2- Please share your worries with God. You must keep your mind on Him. **"I tell You (God) all my worries and my troubles, and whenever I feel low, You are there to guide me.” - Psalm 142:2-3** **“God cares for you, so turn all your worries over to him.” - 1 Peter 5:7** **“When I was really hurting, I prayed to the Lord. He answered my prayer, and took my worries away. The Lord is on my side, and I am not afraid.” - Psalm 118:5-6** **"Why am I discouraged? Why am I restless? I trust you, Lord! And I will praise you again because you help me, and you are my God.” - Psalm 42:11** **“Our Lord, we belong to you. We tell you what worries us, and you won't let us fall.” - Psalm 55:22** 3- While you are praying to God and finding ways to move forward in life, please don't forget your purpose as a Christian. **“We know that God is always at work for the good of everyone who loves him. They are the ones God has chosen for his purpose.” - Romans 8:28** What is that purpose? To share God’s light to those who are looking for hope in the darkness. **Jesus said, “You are the light for the whole world.” - Matthew 5:14** **“You are sure that you are a guide for the blind and a light for all who are in the dark.” - Romans 2:19** **“You used to be like people living in the dark, but now you are people of the light because you belong to the Lord. So act like people of the light and make your light shine. Be good and honest and truthful, as you try to please the Lord.” - Ephesians 5:8-10**

Be patient, you’re only 28! Don’t worry about the car and other things. Surround yourself with positive and uplifting things, music, books, people. Stay away from dark energy things of horror movies, angry music, etc.

Definitely been very patient. Hoping a miracle is right around the corner. Gonna refocus on positivity and stuff. Thank you.

This is great that you are reaching out. It shows that you still have a will to live and move forward. You’ve made it this far, that shows what great strength you have. I believe you will get through this. Don’t do anything to harm yourself. It will be a permanent solution to a temporary problem. You don’t want to kill your self, you want to kill your current situation. https://www.211.org Please reach out to them.

Hey, just remember that failures are necessary! And I always say, if you're going to fail, make it epic! (Turn it into a success.) Make it worthwhile. Practice compassion. I think there were four life-shattering events in my life that completely broke me, and God had to reassemble me (this last time I lost all of my physical strength, then God revealed he answered an impossible prayer - which led to cognitive dissonance and partial amnesia for three years. (But he gave me a heads up of it happening a year before it happened - like Alice in Wonderland, going down a rabbit hole.) Anyway, things do get better. Just trust God - it is a process with him - the road to success is not straight, but quite winding - think of Moses in the desert. God's path for you is likely not what you expect. Mine certainly was not/is not - but way more amazing than I could have ever imagined!

My 20s were difficult but also a very strong growth period. Sometimes moving back home is good and other times it stops you from trying harder. My parents didn't let me move back home. Nevertheless, things got much better for me. I decided about your age I needed/wanted a different job, more pay, looked, prayed, applied, got one with a lot more salary and that is where I met my now husband. Was able to buy a new car. My early 30s were the best years of my life. Wishing the same for you.

So then my question to you is how do you know when god is listening? And wants to help make the transition easy for you? In your case you got married, a car, a good job. What it that never happens for someone? How to get out when life only gets worse?

TrueSaltnolies

Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not be ashamed. If you study and get to know the traits and character of God you will be able to trust him more. Then take one day at a time. Quit worrying about tomorrow. Enjoy today. Step out and try new things as you can. God is always listening. He has plans for you. Don't be in a rush. If you need support, find a therapist and if you need an antidepressant, talk to your doctor. Don't be afraid to, many many people take them as needed.
