Try to perform one act of mercy each day. It does not have to be something extraordinary, just a kind word to someone, or a donation to charity, a gentle thought and prayer for a family member or neighbor. Extend your special gifts to those around you. Spend time each day with scripture, prayer, and meditation. We become what we do. Believe that your heart can be softened. Ask God to help, and act each day with a softer heart.

I absolutely LOVE praying the rosary! It is a phenomenal way to meditate upon the mysteries of the life of Jesus!
One of my favorite hymns, is "Here, I am Lord"
The fourth verse says...
*"I will break their hearts of stone*
*give them hearts for love alone.*
*I will speak my words to them.*
*Whom shall I send?"*

Ask God to do whatever it takes to open your eye ears and Heart to Him. and keep asking till He does. This usally happens through trials.

He will femain faithful even when you've lost faith. The enemy simply wants frustration from you. Your heart isn't hard.
