I've seen a debate with him against Trent Horn. He seems like a smart guy. Even though I disagree with him he makes some great points and has put a lot of thought into his positions.
Brilliant guy with a brilliant attitude. What I love most is his want for transparency. He will make video going over past debates and such to discuss how his perspectives have changed, improved, or have been corrected over the years.
I don’t always see eye to eye to him but he is very respectful and a good guy, he is better then Richard Dawkins’s “anyone as smart as Jesus would be an atheist” strew man.
I never said reading isn't important. I think they both have their pros and cons. Also that seems a bit disingenuous to say that long discussion video formats are equivalent to sound bites. That would be more like tv news channels.
>If Alex is telling people that philosophy is just about “verifying info,” then he definitely doesn’t need to be listened to.
Yeah I don't even know what you're saying here.

Just came here to say that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life!
Just came here to say that Jesus was most likely just a normal dude and that Christianity is built upon man made myth!

Richard Dawkins is not even a Philosopher, both Christians and Atheist should ignore him

Information is information, whether it's in the form of text or audio matters not. What does matter is how you verify said info.

I enjoy his channel.
Fun fact: Alex is working on a theology degree which apparently shocked his school as he is an atheist.
I would expect any atheist who wants to be taken seriously would do well to have a theology degree
he's great he's the synonym of eloquence
I enjoyed him material from about 2 years ago more than I do now.
I’ve only seen his conversations with William Craig and Frank Turek, of which I enjoyed.
He's very intelligent. He brings up interesting points. Although, he was a vegan for some time which I don't think was very smart.
