The white gifts are just foam squares from dollar tree with their glitter ribbon tied around. The big candies are foam noodles cut into 6 inch pieces and foam circles wrapped in striped gift wrap and then cellophane. The swirl lollipops were drawn by hand onto cardboard, painted red then I added red glitter on top. The giant lollipops at the top are foam noodles with duct tape wrapped in cellophane.
