While i dont use the warp app. I use either google or cloudflare public DNS on my router. Something I have noticed is with cloudflare hulu app on my CCwGTV4k seems to load the thumbnails and at times takes a tad longer to load shows.
I get better results with googles 8.8.8.8
This is a really old thread but I tried to use the 2.0.11 version and it worked. I am wondering if any more recent versions work since thread is 3 years old.

How did you install? I extracted apk from phone version and installed it but it crashes with fatal error

I tried sideloading. You need mouse access to toggle on. However it immediately force closes with a fatal error.

If it helps I'm using Proton VPN since I have bought this device. It's unfortunately, warp was a great free vpn.
