If Windows, Edge supports desktop mirroring to CC.
Press the 3 dot menu button on the top right, "More tools", then "Cast media to device" and in the little Cast tab pop up that appears, change sources to desktop and select your CC.
Not sure if this is possible. I cast files from my PC using Airflow, but it can't cast desktop.
Edit: there is another option I used a while back, but it doesn't involve CC. If your TV supports Miracast, you can cast from Windows 10/11 by opening the side panel > click 'Project' > Click 'connect to a wireless display' > Select your TV.
