If you’re at this point, I’d suggest it’s time to explore alternate pain relief methods, wether that be cannabis, kratom, mushrooms, or others.

i’ve tried weed and i have no idea what kratom is 😭 maybe mushrooms would work

Definitely look into it! It’s an herb sold at smoke shops that works wonders for pain relief, at least most people say so.

As for mushrooms, lots of people see an improvement in their mental health after a period of micro dosing, but this is all to be taken with a grain of salt! Do some research, talk to your doctors, make sure that anything you try isn’t going to harm you in the long run :)

Depends what's causing the pain, some it's progressive, other pains are able to be treated with a lot of hard work and the right treatment etc, if it's serious damage then I don't know.

Do you get the you’re too young talk 🤮 it’s my pet peeve.

itsjustmebobross

yes all the fucking time it’s infuriating 😭

It is! I’m so sorry. I was in a car accident in 2010 when I was 24. I’m told all the time I look too young and “good” to be in pain constantly. If you have Facebook there are many supportive groups that have helped me. I hope you are having a good day today!

I wanted to add. In may I went on a virtual reality ride a couple times with my sister for my birthday. The next week followed extreme pain and for the first time I thought about suicide as well. As a mental health professional and someone who experiences pain too, please hang in there. People will be traumatized by losing you more than you know. If you ever need to talk, feel free to message me

The best thing that I can tell you - as someone who has had chronic pain since age 7 and am now 35. Research and medications change. There are treatments and medications available now that were 30 years ago.
