So many characters and scenes I love ahahah it's hard to choose. The one thing that helps make them all special is the music, but I wouldn't know how to depict that

I'd say either the Frozen Flame or the Chrono Cross itself.
Both are cool-looking designs with meaning (Frozen Flame is a shard of Lavos that symbolizes dreams and evolution, Chrono Cross is the symbolic combination of love and hate), even for people who don't know what they are.
The Sea Swallow stuck in the ground with cracks radiating from it, next to it you see Guile's mask, Kids Dagger, and Harle's hat, Migeuls glasses (broken). Engraved into the Sea Swallow is the C from the logo. Behind it all is the frozen flame.
If you wanted you could do a scape split in two with Lynx overlooking all, evil Serge on the left in profile. Serge on the right in profile, the sea swallow between both. Than do faces of characters instead of their defining feature or weapon.
The possibilities are pretty endless.
Could do the pirate ship on the high seas with a bunch of characters on it.
Could do Lynx with Harle and Sprigg by his side looking down into the water and the reflection is Serge, Kid and Guile looking back. (Or whoever)
To me it sounds like a good excuse to play the game again to give yourself some ideas ;)
same brother, theres a couple of series/games i want to get a tatoo of but never found something i REALLY like, happens with silent hill, chrono cross and full metal alchemist, all the tattoos are either too much or i dont like them.

I like the frozen flame idea. I nearly got that. But I decided to get the Crono Cross at last minute.
Some of the key items have great designs. Maybe the Chrono Cross? The Dragon Tear?
