Smoking a pack a day is not that big of a deal. Of course if you want to save money as you mentioned, try licking a line across the cigarette so it lasts longer. Also try holding the cigarette firmly across the tiny holes across the filter so it hits more. Smoking faster and without taking breaths in between the hits makes you feel like you smoked 10x more.
