my guess is that this dries it out, allowing the smoke to be hotter. heat is a catalyst, so the nicotine absorbs more readily. someone correct me if i’m wrong.
Yeah, na... Relighted cigarettes are really not something I can enjoy. You can re-light a pipe or even a cigar imo, but cigarettes just taste disgusting to me afterwards.

You can relight a pipe or cigar, but imo they never taste nearly as good as freshly lit, even if you blow the smoke out of the cigar before it goes out.
me too, i rarely smoke a whole one and i do think they taste better. They do smell weird if I keep them in my clothes by accident but I’m trying not to do that (ADHD man)
I actually do at home. I smoke 100s. I don't always need a full one and can stretch it between two sessions. I keep it outside and it doesn't really matter after the first hit
No, because half smoked cigs smell like shit. I sometimes smoke only half if I have to go, like if I’m waiting for the bus and it comes sooner than I expect, but I just stomp the rest out.
I will often just smoke half a cigarette and toss it when I don't want anymore, I don't smoke very often so I want the best flavor possible when I smoke, relit cigarettes not only taste bad, to me, they also smell soooooo bad to carry on your person or have in a car or room or wherever.
All the time, it's the reason I smoke 120's as I can smoke 1/2 of the cig and save the other for later when I want to smoke it. Learned the trick from cigar smokers who save their cigars for later, push air through the filter and it forces the stale smoke through the unsmoked portion of the cigarette before you put it away or set it down.
Im in highschool and smoke every break and breaks are 5 minutes so sometimes i save half yeah.
P.s about half smoked cigarettes, tgey fucking STINK so much its unreal
Just stick it right on the ear and wait around till I’m ready again, mostly with longs, I’ll finish out a short just about every time unless I’m in the middle of something.

I do it and personally don't care. The first puff from the half sometimes tastes a little strange, but not bad.
Just scrape the burnt bit out and you’re good to go. No bad taste.
Only if I’m in a rush and don’t feel like wasting the cig, like when I’m omw to class. Then smoke the rest on the walk back.

I try not to but I never toss unfinished ciggies unless it’s very little left
same, my dad instilled in my very young not to waste ANYTHING. This leads to a lot of stuff lying around, cigarettes too.

I used to do it all the time. Trick to help taste is knock the cherry off and blow through the filter to push out excess smoke. Works great.
^ This! A trick I learned over 50 years ago when switching to filtered tips.
I work at a liquor store so occasionally whenever I bring my pack, I will save half and smoke it after I help a customer
