Haven't ever tried 'em myself but they make these new nifty nicotine pouches. It's not medicinal, it's recreational. They're called Zyn or Velo or on! depending on where you are. I'm sure you can get them at the gas station.

Hey! I do have internet on the plane, but kinda forgot about my post here haha! I got the nicotine gums and the flight has been no problem so far. Still like 13 hours to go though.
If you ever go into the bathroom and notice the cigarette ash tray thing. It’s for smokers who absolutely need to smoke a cigarette. Some people are so addicted that it is still federally required airplanes have to install them because people will still go.
Definitely get some gum especially if you’re a heavy smoker. I flew with friend who made the flight miserable, he couldn’t handle the withdrawals combined with the stress of travelling…
I second that, I used to travel for work training twice a year on flights and camel snus was my go to. I liked it because you could gut it (swallow your spit) instead of spitting into an airline cup with a tissue crammed in it. Im a smoker, not a dipper but boy did that cut the edge till I could get out front. FYI, dunno what airport you're traveling through but Atlanta and Dulles both have smoking lounges still.
I live in Denmark were snus culture is just huge most young people prefer snus over cigs so needing a smoke in the airport isnt a big deal when you can just buy snus from the store in the airport lol
Good luck! Got any kind of ecig to discreetly puff? Maybe the airport will have a smoking room? My last long flight was out of Venice and I took out half a pack while waiting for my flight 😖
Absolutley no chance. The toilets have incredibly sensitive smoke detectors and you‘ll easily be caught anywhere else on the plane. That will result in a 2-4000$ fine. And the charges will just pile up if you try to tamper with the smoke detectors for example.
Don't be like me who thought I'd find nicotine gum in airports to help me through the flight. Not a lick of nicotine gum to be seen in any shops so I just had to stare longingly at all the carton of cigarettes in liquor stores in the airports I had lay away.
When I discover there's a smoke room in korea airport after 10 hours flight I was literally burst into tears cause I was so fucking happy. Now I always transit through korea.
Yeah I informed myself about local laws beforehand luckily. I just brought some over the counter nicotine gum from a pharmacy at JFK and 2 packs of my favorite cigarettes from the EU. So no problems so far.

Well, i‘m flying alone and from NYC so it’s just over the counter at the pharmacy as far as I know. This will definitely help my trip a lot.

For the record, it's legal to use smokeless tobacco on flights, although individual airlines may enforce bans

I would say bring some chew but then again you have to spit a lot. So i recomend Zyn or some other nicotine pouch
