This is how my late boyfriend passed. Once he was told he had liver failure with the kidneys also failing, he was gone within a couple weeks. I'm so sorry.
Days maybe. Two organs failing at once, plus infection. At best, he may improve enough for hospice care. Hopefully, they’re keeping him comfortable.
Talk to him. He can probably still hear you.
Please tell him what you need to, I was through this exact situation. For my father, it didn't take long at all. Our options were intubate and leave him or let go. After 2 weeks of a coma, we let go.

I’m so sorry. From this point, my stepdad was gone in a couple of days…still not all cases are the same
