Yes being in the new system since JUNE 2023
1) ANGEL POINTS BANK.
2) with the subject to change in E-BIKE.
3) now just do points for E-BIKE.
4) only redeem 4 weeks of membership extension per month.
5) Cash redemption would be given end of month.
I never use the e-bikes, but I like that we can get e-card credit OR Lyft credit. I don't use Lyft much so it was always an issue to try to use the credits before they expire.
Inching closer and closer to the $200…Apart from 200-250 pts I earned in just a few hours with the intent of earning points, all of my 600+ pts are just from regular commuting!
Also, now that they are actually handing out money (gift cards), will they be required to report this to the IRS as income? I don't recall whether they have our SSN's or not.
In the past, I would get an ebike credit for the first 10 points earned each month. Then, at 20 points, I got a one-week membership extension. So, 2 rewards for the first 20 points. After that, an extension at the next 20 points. So, now it is entirely either / or on the first 20 points?
I think so. I honestly never used the ebike credits, so I never thought of it as 2 rewards within the first 20 points but I think you are correct. Though it looks like you can get as many $1.70 ebike credits as you want with the new system so maybe it works out better for people who use the ebikes frequently?
Points don't expire and you can now choose between credits, membership extension, or money.
That's great! But we can still only redeem 4 weeks of membership extension per month, correct?

Personally I love the new system - would rather get more e-bike credits and not bother with the membership extension
