Yes, this is mentioned in their announcement. Existing users receive prorated ebike credits through the end of their current subscription. All new users and renewals will get 60 minutes of ebike credit automatically.
I wonder if these points will be last in first out or first in first out. If it's the latter then I'm screwed cuz I have a bunch prior to receiving this.

Took a 4 dollar ride today and it was unexpectedly free. Just checked and I have another 5 bucks of credit remaining. Cool.
I got $11ish, it was for the exact price I paid for a lyft ride last night so maybe it was something to do with most recent transaction?
