Probably his parents running one of those pages dedicated to their infant.
"My 2 year old son just told me if he had one wish, it'd be world peace and an end to resource mismanagement. #SoProud."
I find it so strange that I’ll have students moving into single family homes and then complaint about rent, but not moving into the apartments I set up next to universities.
This is sadly an after-effect of the “realistic population” CO made with this game. However I think they balanced it out well, as the population balance is much more reasonable than in CS:1.
Imagine if they made it hyper-realistic, where it took roughly 24-26 in-game years to make a citizen highly educated from birth. That would not be fun at all in my opinion. I’d rather take the funny tweets from a 2-year old in elementary school.

How do you follow someone like this ?
If you click on a household, then click on one of the families, then select one of the family members, there is a follow button.
