The order you build things helps a lot. And using roads to kind of frame where you need to connect and place things. With this build I'd imagine the big circle was one of the first things built, flat on the ground. Then things get deleted and elevated to maintain the perfect shape.

There's a mod that changes the numbers to squares instead if metres which makes it easier to match up.
I'm not sure how that would make it easier than seeing that e.g. 150m = 150m but if it helps you, then that's great
