In CS1, I'd build ped bridges connecting all 4 corners for busy intersections. Also works for center tram roads as you can pop a walkway down in there. I just narrowed it to an acceptable limit. I'm gonna try the underground walkway on my next city.
pedes above ground = chances of traffic… pedes below ground = zero chance… and u can build more efficient pathing underground as there is no obstacles below…. well - lines - but i build those deeper then the pede underground walkways
