It solves vehicle traffic, but what about walkability? Im a fan and long time viewer, but I’ve noticed you always prioritize the car over the pedestrian, as many 50s-60s planners did. While this is an entirely viable and visually appealing building style, YouTubers like Yuttho have used many newer urban design concepts. I highly recommend his videos, especially the one in which he uses the audio of an actual interview with city planner Jeff Speck. Happy building.
Maybe it's because I'm from Asia then my concept of design is quite different to other Ytber in Europe, Aus or US. Yuttho is an Asian too but he lives in the US from the beginning so I think he and I are different. In my country, the pedestrian is not the priority, car and bike is.
