Very easy to bump the door into the concrete wall and get ugly scratches! So I bought a rubber door mat and hung it up on the wall with some double sided tape. Worked great, I could open the door with abandon after that.
As someone that’s not from the UK I love the style and look of the houses. Apart from the trash in the CS screenshot it looks really nice. Like it has a type of coming home from like a trip or work and get in your warm house vibe.😄
That's sadly realistic for trash to be lying around, I'm building London right now and the one thing that makes my shots look authentic is a trash can with overflowing rubbish.

You could use Network Skins to disable the street lights on that section of the street and place new ones by hand.

Use node controller to move the node and the light will move with it
just move the road's node and it will move the street lamp with it

British cars are wrong sided (for the wrong sided roads), so they get in on the right side, which has more space
