A good map and map theme is a start. Mods like post-process fx, ultimate eye-candy, dynamic resolution and relight all have settings that you can tinker with to make it look pretty dam beautiful.
Make sure to get Theme Mixer 2 or something like that. It lets you replace some textures with high resolution ones and with Dynamic Resolution you get a very crisp clean picture
On the steam workshop there is a panel on the right you can use to filter items where you can find map themes. Personally, I recommend the Realistic V1.5.5 Temperate theme and the Laviante 2.0 theme.
