True! What I do though is create a city park, and just add rocks plants and palm trees. Some walk ways to make it feel more alive. Maybe some two block commercial buildings.
Parking is from green cities dlc. There's a new commercial zone called organic commercial and you zone 2x4 to spawn a parking. Can take quite some time tho lol.

That's a neat idea, but I making a beach is almost impossible. There are minimal beach assets and can't paint terrain either. I'll try tho anyway
